Furrybudy Customer Terms & Conditions: Your Guide to Exceptional Pet Care
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the vendor sign-up process on Furrybudy (referred to as "the Platform," "we," or "us"). By signing up as a vendor on our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not proceed with the vendor sign-up process.
1. Partner Eligibility and Account Creation:
- To become a vendor on our Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the vendor sign-up process. This includes your contact details, business information, and any other required information.
- You agree to keep your vendor account credentials confidential and secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
2. Partner Responsibilities:
- As a vendor on our Platform, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your services, products, and pricing.
- You are solely responsible for the quality, delivery, and customer service associated with the services or products you offer through the Platform.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to your services or products.
- You acknowledge that we may review and monitor your vendor activities on the Platform to ensure compliance with these Terms.
3. Service Fees and Payments:
Payments for your services or products will be processed through the Platform. We will facilitate the collection of customer payments and, after deducting any applicable fees, remit the remaining amount to you based on our agreed-upon payment terms. There is no fees except any payment gateway charges for the first 2 months.
4. Vendor Ratings and Reviews:
- Customers may leave ratings and reviews for the services or products provided by vendors. These ratings and reviews will be publicly displayed on the Platform.
- You acknowledge that ratings and reviews reflect the opinions of customers and not our own. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any ratings or reviews.
5. Intellectual Property:
- You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with your services or products.
- By using our Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote your services or products on the Platform.
6. Termination:
- Either party may terminate the vendor agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your vendor account immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
7. Limitation of Liability:
- We strive to maintain the availability and functionality of the Platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and are not liable for any losses or damages arising from any temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform.
- We are not responsible for any actions, services, or products offered by vendors on the Platform. You acknowledge that any engagement or transactions with vendors are at your own risk.
8. Modifications to the Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes to these Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
